Dampers and gas springs

Regardless of drive type, each vehicle need to be equipped with suspension which damp imperfections in the surface which it move over. Machines that are used to manufacture dampers are therefore adjusted to serial production with high level of automation and, due to multiplicity of component references, ease of changeover for different tooling for another parts production. Comfort of the car use is increased due to electrically operated trunk lid by electric actuator.

Machine features

Machines used for dampers and gas springs production are characterized by:

  • Modular construction
  • High production volume
  • Increase cleanliness requirements
  • Increased bearing capacity of transport systems due to weight of final product
  • High degree of automation
